I am very happy to report that I am writing this in good health. Pooh survived several hours on the slopes. Upon return I needed a few advil to soothe my aching muscles. Then I happened to look at the 'Ganza standings, and I needed a few more advil.
Someday I will finish in the top of the standings...someday I will make Bill and Dan know what it feels to be me looking up at the rest of the Brass...someday I will hoist the coveted Ostertag Plaque. But in the immortal words of Aragorn son of Arathorn prior to the battle at the Black Gate in The Return of the King..."It is not this day."
I have been so busy carving up the slopes, that I haven't been able to watch any games.... Just as well.

Hello Grand Pooh-Bah! I am thrilled to be taking part posting to the Pooh-Blahg! Considering the logic of my picks have somewhat crumbled... this posting may be the greatest highlight in my Ganza experience this year! The Ostertag Plaque is totally out of my reach however I remain stead-fast to root against my husband's picks..... There's something to be said for having bragging rights at home!!!!
Indeed. This happens to me every year -- luckily there usually seems to be someone that I know below me in the standings that I can look down on!
